Rebecca runs hands-on workshops ranging from Fermentation to pickling and preserving, DIY and crafts to kids cooking classes. She has over 8 years experience in doing so and has had classes from ten to eighty people at a time. Her workshops and mini masterclasses have been in many different settings from The Agrarian Kitchen in Tasmania to Gourmet Escape in Margaret River, Essential Ingredient in Sydney to Taste of Melbourne in Victoria. She has also done cooking and Natural home demos and talks in places all over the globe from Ballymaloe Litfest in Ireland to Borough Market in London, Berkeley University in California to Kampala in Uganda.
